My Values

Having children has been the most rewarding part of my life. Watching children grow, learn and develop is amazing to watch. I believe children thrive in a safe, warm and nurturing environment. My aim is to provide a safe, warm and nurturing environment to the children entrusted in my care.

Children are individuals. I believe each child’s unique qualities should be acknowledged and fostered. Children have many different interests, likes and dislikes. My aim is provide an environment whereby your child can explore and develop their interests in an encouraging and positive manner.
 

A day in my care

Children tend to feel more comfortable in a new environment when a structured routine is set in place.

My aim is to provide an exciting and fun day for your child through the use of well planned activities and a structured routine. This not only helps me to ensure I am providing a balanced day for your child but more importantly it provides an environment that is predictable to your child. A routine that is predictable ensures a smooth transition from your care to mine.

Our day consists of age-appropriate activities incorporating both inside and outside play. Some of the activities would include: arts and crafts, painting, playdough, puzzles, dress up/role play, sand, bikes/scooters, balls, play equipment, music/dancing and outings (playgroup/parks).

The childrens’ meal times and rest / sleep times will be incorporated into our daily routine.

Through lots of cuddles, laughter, fun and play, I will help your children grow, learn and develop in a caring, fun, warm family environment.
