My Values
I believe that children are unique and develop at their own levels, therefore I try to plan a program based on your child(ren)’s level of ability and interests.
I feel it is important to speak positively to all children to help build up their self esteem and independence.
I try to create and maintain a healthy and safe environment so children in my care can explore, learn, experiment and develop to their full potential.
I also believe it’s important to treat each child as equals so that children are not discriminated against on the basis of gender, race, religion, ability, language or culture.
I value relationships and feel that it is important to develop a trust between children and their families.
A day in my Care
Play is a valuable experience; children develop in all areas of development through play.
I have younger children in my care so I am very flexible as I cater for the children’s needs and interests first.
