My Values

Having maintained close family relationships, experienced behaviour patterns in kids from a variety of different backgrounds and having brought up my own successfully, I firmly believe that kids from a very early age need a nurturing, healthy, loving and a learning environment for them to grow up to be emotionally balanced, happy, confident and professional individuals.

I believe that each child is a unique individual and his/ her talents need to be identified and recognised, for them to be encouraged and supported.

Children have a great capacity to learn and to help them into being achievers, thinking skills (involving sense of logic, analysis, problem solving), practical skills and creative skills need to be developed by providing an environment which is conducive for learning these skills.

My aim as a care provider is to work with parents to enable children to achieve their learning objectives.
 

A day in my care

A typical day includes lots of fun activities. All activities are based on your child’s individual age and interests, e.g. play dough, painting, and drawing.

Morning Activities

We will have outdoor activities, free choice play, painting, play dough, block play.

Morning Tea

Wash hands and sit down to enjoy our morning tea. Once kids finish morning tea, it is nursery rhymes, music and movement time.

Drawing, puzzles, ball games, block play, playing with glove puppets and story telling will also be done.

Lunch

Wash hands and have some lunch. Attend to toileting and nappy changing.

Afternoon Activities

We will have quiet time with lots of stories and a little rest to energize our bodies for the afternoon. After rest, wash hands and have afternoon tea. Play with puzzles, blocks, dolls, pull along toys.

Home Time

Pack up, wash hands and 'home time.'
