My Values

My aim is to create an environment where parents feel happy and secure in the knowledge that their beautiful child is being cared for by someone who respects each child as an individual, and that each child will always be valued for their personal achievements.

I aim to:

• Provide a clean, safe and happy environment

• Always welcome and value parents input, respecting different cultures and without gender bias.

• To create a program where every child has the opportunity to explore and discover each new experience in a fun environment.

• To have opportunities to express themselves through art, music and movement.

• To share ideas and opinions, participate in new experiences and develop life skills.

A day in my care

Children and families are welcomed in the mornings and children are assisted in the settling in process. I do a school run in the mornings and then weather permitting we go for a walk exploring our neighbourhood.

When we return home children can choose from a variety of indoor activities including blocks, painting and play dough.

Mid morning is a time for washing hands getting ready for a healthy morning tea. Afterwards we enjoy music, dance and singing. Lunch time is a time for socializing and talking about our interests.

After lunch children have some relaxation time with either a rest or a sleep. When children awake we go on our school run.

In the afternoon children have free choice of activities. Before going home time we all pack up, wash our hands in preparation for going home.
