My Values

I am a Qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher. I have worked with different aged children both in Australia and overseas Some of my experiences include: Preschool Teacher/Director, Nanny in London and working in Out of School Care. I am now a mum of 2 boys and Family Day Care really suits our family situation, I really enjoy working with children and have always respected their needs, interests and developmental level in a learning environment. I provide a safe, fun and happy and creative environment where children can play and develop. The children can learn and develop at their own level. The learning experiences will be planned according to their interests, age and development level.

A day in my Care

I have a variety of indoor and outdoor activities set up. Indoor activities may include creative activities, pasting, drawing and cutting, as well as dramatic play/ home corner, manipulative activities/ puzzles.  Children's fine motor development is served by blocks and construction sensory play, play dough, and finger paint. We also provide language and literature, books, songs, finger rhymes, and nursery rhymes. We will have group time: reading stories, songs, movement and yoga and music.
