My Values
I come from a large family so I believe that family comes first. As a family day carer I encourage your child and love and care for him/her as though my own.
Families with children in my care are placing their child/ren in a warm, loving, caring, personal environment which enables them to interact with others at a more personal level.
A day in my Care
At my home we engage in both indoor and outdoor play. Indoor time includes books, blocks, reading, play dough, craft, painting, drawing, music time and puzzles, to name just a few.
Outdoor activities also include painting and rafts on nice days, sand pit time, bikes, tunnels, ball play and sometimes tent play time.
All activities are age appropriate and encourage development in a fun, playful, encouraging environment.
There will also be a chance for excursions and weekly playgroups where possible. I will attempt to keep as close to your child’s routine as possible through out the day while in my care.
All daily activities will be programmed around breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea times as well as rest times or quiet activity time which ever is appropriate to your child.
